 + -1 moreThere is no story other than my comments. I will not consider Country Floors as a vendor for myself or my clients
Description of Work: Their customer service is abysmal. If you call them on the phone, they are not helpful at all, rather one word answers. I called on 11/9/112 and a woman answered the phone . All I got from her were one word answers. I asked for a more detailed answer and she replied I don't know nothing about that. NOT HELPFUL. Their website lists them as being open on Saturday-the are not-they are closed on the weekends. I had been there before and the showroom manager was OK but not particularly helpful in putting things together.
