Joyce Fierstat, a sale rep, showed me around the showroom and helped me to select pieces for our home. She compiled notes and said that she would send a quote to me by fax. I received the quote and it was missing a few items. I phoned back three times before I was finally able to speak again with Joyce to make the corrections and to get additional measurements. Joyce said she didn't know the measurements of one piece I was interested in and didn't offer to get that info. I asked her directly for this and she said that she would get back to me with it. She never got back to me with this info. Once I got the application, I completed it and faxed it back to her, requesting a certificate of insurance from her. Despite asking her several times for this document, we never received it. We scheduled the delivery date. The day before the delivery, I called to confirm the items that were coming and the time frame. There were errors on the item list, which were corrected through another sale rep.
