We selected Flora and Ellen for several reasons - - they were well versed in the area; they would (and did) operate as a team; they truly loved what they saw and explained how they would market it; and they were with a major, well-known firm. They delivered - - and how! They made some adjustments to the dand eacute;cor to improve its already great look. They put away (hid) our basket of local restaurant menus; they rearranged some of our many books; they scented the apartment with non-obtrusive candles. When they (and we) were satisfied with the result, they brought in their professional photographer. He or she did a fantastic job. Their communication (primarily via email) throughout the process was excellent. We knew at all times when they would be there and what they were doing. Once we were assured that the deal would go through, Flora was on the phone with us making sure that we knew what we had to do to get out and prepare for the final walk-through. Again, their communication with us proved invaluable.

They were very fast in searching for a tenant. They were very responsive and seemed efficient. It was easy to communicate with them. I liked their services and will use the same in future.
