Consumer Cellular Inc

I would not recommend Consumer Cellular Inc. They kept denying it was a used phone. And had dirty pictures and the ring tones were filthy. And Consumer Cellular kept denying it. I would never use them again.

I will highly recommend. Everything is fine, so I really haven't had to talk to them. I pay $37 for 700 minutes. They are very responsive. When one joins, they have the choice of phones. I pay different amounts depending on what the phone is. They give several plans. They had offered 250 minutes and 500 minutes, so I sorted it out with 250 minutes because I thought I wouldn't use the phone that much. Then when I found that I was going over 250, I switched to 500 minutes. They automatically changed from 500 to 700 minutes without charging anymore, so that's what I liked. If I have any problem, I call them up. Then they talk me through it because I am not the most technological person in the world and they have been very responsive. I have recommended them to other people who have signed up with them. They don't have a store. I communicate with them either over the phone or over internet.
