COMPUTER GUYS

Zach was running late because of a previous service call, but the office called me well in advance of his scheduled arrival time to let me know. He showed up a bit before the estimated later time, was friendly but professional, seemed to know what he was doing, put in approximately three hours time (which seemed reasonable), and left me with a new computer up and running and a wireless network that was functioning a lot better than when my partner and I set it up. More money, obviously, than had I done the work myself, but far less hassle and (most likely) better results, so it was well worth it.

THEY DID NOT MAKE ME FEEL STUPID. THE WORKERS WERE VERY HELPFUL. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY WERE RESPONSIVE. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN HOW TO USE THE SYSTEM. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

THEY ARE HIGHLY CONFIDENT. THEY ARE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN OTHERS BUT THEY GUARANTEED THE PRICE. THEY HAD A SET LIMIT. THEY STAYED WITHIN THE ESTIMATE. THEY DO A REALLY GOOD JOB.

THEY ARE VERY INEXPERIENCED. THEY SHOWED UP LATE AND UNPREPARED. THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO DO WHAT I HIRED THEM TO DO. THEY DID NOT GIVE US A DISCOUNT FOR THE UNFINISHED WORK.
