I was not totally happy with the results. I feel like they gave me one of their younger, less experienced service technicians. He did not fix the problem that I called about. He suggested an upgrade for the new Windows Vista program. He was also one hour late to the appointment. I would probably use this company again, but I would call first and tell them why I was not happy the first time and ask them to send someone with more experience. They guy who did the work was very pleasant, but he was just young and could not fix the problem.

DID EXCELLENT WORK IN RECOVERING MY FILES AND THIS ONLY TOOK THEM ABOUT AN HOUR TO COMPETE WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. LIKE THE WAY HE CAME OUT ON HIS SCHEDULE TIME.

WE WERE NOT SATISFIED WITH THEM. THEY WERE NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY CHARGED BY THE HOUR. THEY DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM SO WE HAD TO BUY ANOTHER COMPUTER.
