They did a fabulous job because I had lost my whole hard drive. I was away for the weekend and turned it on and nothing. Mysterious things happened. They came back for a week until everything was perfect. He got all my songs back on iTunes. Some of the people that work for them are nicer than others. He was terrific. He was nice and gave me his home number and his home email and stuff. He was very responsive because he kinda wanted to think about the problem without spending my money so he would do that and then he'd come prepared with solutions to try. It was very dependent on what person came out. And with computers you can have a few ideas and if you get lucky the first time you are a genius. They are not always that good, but sometimes they are. They are not always responsive but sometimes they are.
