THE PERSON WHO CAME OUT TO MY HOME DID NOT KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING. AFTER GETTING STUCK WITH THE PROBLEM, HE ACTUALLY WALKED OFF OF THE JOB WITH NO EXPLANATION. I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THIS SERVICE.

WE WERE SATISFIED WITH USING THIS COMPANY. WE THOUGHT THE SERVICE WAS DONE IN A FAIR AMOUNT OF TIME. THEY DID GIVE US ADVICE BEFORE THEY HAD US BRING THE TOWER IN WHICH WAS VERY HELPFUL.

THIS WAS UNDER WARRANTY, SO THE PRICES WERE REASONABLE. I DID HAVE TO WAIT THREE WEEKS FOR THE SOONEST APPOINTMENT. THEY WERE INFORMATIVE AND PROFESSIONAL WHILE IN MY HOME.
