It was great. Billy from the office came out to give me the free estimate on Sat., 4/19. I walked him through
the house and outside and showed what needed to be removed. He explained the pricing and gave me my quote
and said that it was probably going to be close to full a truck load and that is $648. There was an extra charge of $199
and is for the rocks/huge cinder blocks, since these could not be broken down. I was a little surprised but he told me upfront.
I made the date for the next following Saturday 4/26. The office is very courteous and professional. I received a call to confirm
and asked if I wanted the day before which I couldn't do. My time was set for them to show some time between 12pm and 3pm
and if they were able to get there earlier, Tiffany from the office said they would call ahead of time if they were going to get there
early (she knew that I was flexible about the times for Saturday).
So, George, Kyle and another fellow showed up right within the range of the scheduled time. They were friendly
and professional. George had the list from Billy of what needed to be done and George mentioned what it said and I confirmed
that it was correct. I showed him the pile of cinder blocks and bricks on the patio and then all the construction demolition debris in the basement and alot of old tools, a dryer and other garbage. They started with the patio. They worked nonstop and there was alot of sweeping and raking being done during and after they took care of these two areas. When it came to the inside, I showed George and the others what needed to be taken and they started in again. So I wound up having a full load, so, $648 + $199 + tax and it came to $922.17 I definitely will use them again, I'm happy.

They came within 3 hours of my first contact. This was a small job of taking old junk and trash that needed to be hauled away that took them less than a 1/2 hour to complete. They swept up the area afterwards and charged me the price quoted on the phone. Very pleasant all around. Will have a larger amount within the next several months as we clear out the garage and basement and I will definitely use this company when ready. Very pleasant all around.

I was very pleased with the high level of professionalism and efficiency of this company. The company's service representative was very polite and courteous. He gave me an estimate over the phone and and quot;Clean Outand quot; stuck to it when they arrived. The removal truck arrived at its appointed time. Prior to hiring Clean Out Express, I had called several companies offering similar services, but I found and quot;Clean Outand quot; fees to the most fair and affordable. I would definitely hire them again.

They cleared out four floors of 50 years accumulated stuff in under three hours. At every point they were courteous, informative, and checked with me before taking items they thought I might have left by mistake. The estimate was reasonable and on target

Based on my last positive experience, i agreed to a rather high price for a very small job (that ended up taking 8 minutes). But i wanted it done asap and they agreed, so i guess it is fair that i agreed to pay higher for that. So now based on my two experiences, i realize that they give you an estimate range, with full intent of at least the high end. I balked and they knocked $40 bucks off, since they quoted me the same price as my last job which was at least 4x larger. I am now certain they play games on the price, so beware. I get the feeling that they are out to take advantage of people to the extent they can do so.
It was a very quick job, there was plenty of wet foot tracks in the house that were not attempted to be cleaned up, but more importantly they left a trail of loose debris on my sidewalk, as well as my neighbor 5 houses down, including loose tiles on the sidewalk and in the street, which were sharp and in fromt of a house with children. I had to go out there and sweep it all up, plus clean up the floor. My last experience was positive, they swept up afterwards and left no junk outside. They should at least have the mental wherewithal to realize that if one drops down drywall corers onto the concrete it will stick lumps into the concrete, making sweep-up difficult to impossible without a hose. Thanks for that guys.
Based on a job that literally took only a few minutes and took up 1/12th of their truck maximum, the end result was clearly sub par and i may just find some undocumented immigrants next time who could do better by at least a factor of four. At least they didn't break anything.

When representative came 2 months to give an estimate for removal of basement contents, yard contents, and demolition and removal of shed and its' contents, estimate of $748.00 + tax was given. About half of what I ended up paying. I was told that it would take 1 truck and 3 men. I was pleasantly surprised at the price for the job at hand, and based on this estimate, the job was theirs. He told me that I needed to call 2 days before to schedule it when I was ready. (Since items were scattered needed to be gathered together before removal can be done.) Due to budgetary restraints and hurricane sandy, job was postponed.---Overall, the men did a somewhat efficient job (could have accommodated more items in truck). They were courteous and got to the job at hand. I did state to the 'lead' man that I was upset at the price quoted to me once he told me that they were not going to be able to haul all said items in 1 truck, and he'll have to inform the dispatcher. I spoke to the dispatcher and stated my displeasure for said quoted price the job wouldn't be completed, and that if it'll take another truck I'm not sure I could fund it for price originally given. He wasn't pleased either due to his rep's error, but was willing to negotiate with me if I wanted job done. So for another $548.00 + tax, a 2nd truck was enlisted and most of the items remaining to be removed were. As per the dispatcher, when I was ready to have remaining items removed (shed and its' contents) the $548.00 price will be honored. Company should state size of truck and customer should ask as well. Get additional estimates. Don't go with the 1st contractor. and quot;If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.and quot;

Company was pleasant to deal with, very responsive (came out next morning) and did a professional job. I was quoted a low and high price. They said they would send out three workers first thing in the morning and call when dispatched before arrival. While only two gentlemen showed up, and i didn't get a call, they arrived a few minutes early, did their job quickly (about 15 minutes) without a lot of chit chat. They didn't mention the low quote, only the high one, and I didn't complain as I appreciated the quick turnaround and responsiveness. However, with parking in front of my house and 15 minutes of work (i realize they have to dispose as well) I am only giving a "B" for price - - but having said that there is a good likelihood i will use them again if needed. They seemed like a good operation.

Cleanout Express was very professional right at the onset of my experience. They quoted me 2 prices; one (a lower price) if they were able to schedule another pickup in my area, and one if I was the only pickup they were able to schedule. I expected to pay the higher price. When they completed the removal, I was delighted to learn that they charged me the lower price.

The sectional sofa that they removed did not fit through my front door, due to the awkward layout of my house. They had to saw one piece of the sofa in half! Once they completed the task of tearing apart my sofa, they promptly started to sweep up the mess.

The level of service I received far surpassed my expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with Cleanout Express again.

Except for the difficulties with waiting on line on the phone to set up the appointment for an estimate, the service was excellent. In fairness to the company, it was a few days before the predicted arrival of Hurricane Irene, and many people were calling for service in anticipation.,

They came immediately and were done within 20 minutes. They are very nice, polite and professional. Their rates are dependent on how full the truck is. They show you their pricing options before they start removing items.

Paul was the team manager. He and his team arrived literally spot on time and got to work right away. Paul was courteous and helpful. When I asked him to take care of something, he did it right away. The crew were all well-behaved and in good spirits, which is good to see because the work proceeds much better that way. In all, they hauled away about 120 cubic yards of junk and cleared the backyard of a dense over-growth of inter-twined and massive ivy vines. It was a two-day job. On a job of this size, it is very difficult to estimate beforehand the amount of cubic yards and therefore the number of truckloads needed. Cleanout Express charges by the truckload. The estimator told me that there would be about five truck loads, but the total was actually ten. Again, estimating cubic yards is difficult, so I do not have any hard feelings about the missed estimate. However, I would recommend extra caution when budgeting a project because you may end up paying more than you originally thought. For smaller jobs, this is not a big issue. But for bigger jobs, it is.

Part of a wooden slat fence in my backyard had blown down during a recent storm and I decided to discard the whole structure. Manny, who priced the job, was professional and personable. On the appointment date, the work crew came on time and went right to work. I looked out the window periodically and noticed how efficiently they worked as a team. They did a fine job of cleaning up and were very pleasant people.

Contacted them by e-mail and Manny called me within a few hours to set up a time to look at the job. He showed up on time and said the job looked like one full truck - which would be $650 - but it might be a little more than one load, in which case the rate is by additional % of second truck. We arranged a day and early time, and the crew appeared punctually. They were very organized, polite and friendly. They did the job in about 1 1/2 hours, which is all anyone could ask, given some of what they were carrying out of the house. They filled the truck up and that was all that was needed. They also swept up after. No hidden charges. Overall, it was a really good experience.

These guys were fantastic. Although I initially only called them late on a Friday afternoon I was able to arrange for Greg to come the next morning and provide an estimate. He arrived within the appointed time frame, provided information on the pricing structure and was able to schedule the job for Tuesday, which was only three days later. As he wasn't certain if the job would require one or two trucks, they sent two trucks and four men. The entire crew was courteous and professional. They worked quickly and completed the entire job, filling one truck and about half of the second, in about two hours and fifteen minutes. Pricing for the work performed was "a la carte" and the final bill matched the pricing structure we had been advised of to a tee. There were no surprises. I would definitely use this company again if the need arose.

Gus showed up when he said he would, everytime. The price he gave did not change. He has trucks to haul stuff away, NO dumpsters. We were leery about dumpsters because we didn't want one sitting out front for days after hearing horror stories about how they aren't always removed when the company says it will be removed and ends up getting tickets. The guys worked really hard, cleaned up a huge mess from taking the wall down, were fast and careful. We're thinking about hiring him to clean out our yard next time (it has two small sheds and a concrete structure).
