+ -1 moreI USED THEM IN THE EVENING AND WAS CHARGED A HIGHER RATE. I WAS HAPPY TO GET THE SERVICE DONE. I FEEL THAT IF THE INSTALLER HAD MORE EXPERIENCE, HE WOULD HAVE NOTICED THE DOOR KNOB NEEDED TO BE TIGHTENED.
