It is inexpensive. I'm just in a plan right now; I actually work with one of their trainers so I'm sure about the charge. Like the other gym they also have specials but it is inexpensive because its a smaller local gym. It is an excellent gym particularly for the men who are little more serious about body building and weight lifting. They only have few classes and their cardio sessions are not huge. It is more of body building gym than other bigger gyms. They may be having 10 treadmills and 6 stationeries; but all this treadmills have mounted television. They have large white floor and they also have few Olympic lifting platform in New York. It is actually very comfortable atmosphere and everybody is serious about what they are doing. There is not lot of competitiveness and nobody is bother about looking good. It is great bargain and it's incredibly gaining for me. It's a great local gym and if anyone live in; but haven't checked it then one should. There is lot of surprising machine which I didn't find in any other places. They have very good selection of machine and weights. If there is a broken machine, then they are not fast at fixing it. They are not hard though and they are not pushy. It is a good body builder's gym; but if someone looking for fitness for cardio classes, they can go somewhere else.
