Citibank is the company I use because they are convenient but they have made mistakes for me many times. Most recently they messed up my home loan. They told me I was approved but then denied me because I have bars on my windows for safety reasons. That upset me. I have several accounts with them and overall they are okay. I, more than anything, use them because it would be such a hustle for me to switch my information over.
