 + -1 moreCitibank is the company I use because they are convenient but they have made mistakes for me many times. Most recently they messed up my home loan. They told me I was approved but then denied me because I have bars on my windows for safety reasons. That upset me. I have several accounts with them and overall they are okay. I, more than anything, use them because it would be such a hustle for me to switch my information over.
Description of Work: Citibank handled the mortgage on my 17 x 35 home. I was charged paperwork and processing fees at the time of my settlement as I recall.
