They have been very rude. The management has been very rude. It's very hard to switch banks. If I could, I would switch. The teller is very polite.

Citibank has the greatest website investment opportunities in the business. They go above and beyond for their customers. This is a big city and nobody really cares, but overall, the experience I had with Citibank was not so hot. I have back up withholding. They told me to go to the branch. I got a diligent man there. He told the people over the phone that they did not know what they were doing. They told me to contact the IRS because I had a serious issue. The IRS said there were no issues. The IRS wrote me a letter explaining backup withholding and why it was not applicable to me. I got a letter of apology from Citibank. They said the person on the phone messed up my social security number and they thought I was an illegal alien. I asked them why this could not be resolved any faster. Again, this company is only as good as their worst employee. Some of them are marginally competent.

Citi-Bank was great to work with. They talked us through every step of the way and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We felt very confident with this company and they made the whole process very smooth. They were very professional and responsive.
