I use their ATM machines and nothing more. It is very convenient so I can easily go there. They are very nice and very friendly.

My biggest complaint about Citibank is that they are big, and big companies can be impersonal. Also, you are not guaranteed that you will be dealing with someone from this company. They have made no mistakes for me so far. I am fairly new with them though. I guess you could say that they are average or typical. That is what I think of them currently.
