Do NOT use them! They ruined our couch after upselling us to a "deep clean". They burned our couch with their steam machine and could not fix their mistake. Not only did they not clean the couch they actually ruined it. We paid hundred of dollars for them to destory our furniture. When we told them what happened and showed them what they did they had no answer and were only willing to give us a refund.

I've used this carpet cleaning company twice, now, and will never use anyone else. Easy to book, super quick service and the place looks great! Both projects required some stains to be removed and Carpet Cleaning NYC did not disappoint. First of all, my carpets look terrific! They went over and above to make sure all stain came off. Not only were all traces of the smell gone, but the carpet looked brand new. Not a stain in sight! I will definitely be recommending Carpet Cleaning NYC in the future.

We received excellent and responsive customer service throughout my experience with Carpet Cleaning NYC. I recently moved into a new home that supposedly had recently been cleaned. I called Carpet Cleaning NYC with the expectation of them cleaning our carpets to get rid of a smell left over. There were pretty bad stains in high traffic areas of the carpets even before we moved in, so I made the assumption that those stains were permanent. Assumption proven to be true after two different carpet cleaning companies could not remove the stains. I was shocked to come home from work to find that ALL of our carpets were stain free. Everything looked great, they where extremely friendly and communicated well.

If you have carpet that needs cleaned and/or repaired, Carpet Cleaning NYC are AMAZING. I used them on the recommendation of the company who installed my carpet. The carpets were is very poor condition and very dirty. I was concerned that they had to be replaced. He responded quickly to our request, arrived right on time, got all the stains out, left the carpet nearly brand new. EVERYTHING WAS COMPLETELY OUT! They were able to get all the stains out of my carpets throughout and my carpets are now pristine and feel natural as they did when I bought them. I couldn't believe how well it was cleaned. I am SO excited about the results and appreciative for their amazing work. I will definitely have them come again

Excellent service and beautiful clean carpets that look like new. They were super fast at getting back to me with a quote and scheduling an appointment. I admit I have never had our carpets cleaned in the 6 years since they were installed, and to top it off they had some old stains, spills which I thought would never come out. So I was not sure the cleaning would really help. I was very happy with Carpet Cleaning NYC. The technician came to do the service and was super informative and professional! Everything looks and feels incredibly clean and fresh. I will be using them again in the future.

I am incredibly impressed with the quality of the work and attention to detail that Carpet Cleaning NYC gave us when they came to clean our carpets and 3 levels of stairs (so much work!). I was in a pinch to get carpets deep cleaned (scrubber and steam clean) and was handled perfectly, with friendliness and professionalism, from start to finish. The team arrived exactly on time, made a thorough inspection of the area rug, and determined he could clean it and remove most of the stains. Bottom line, Carpet Cleaning NYC did a masterful and thorough job on all the carpets and area rug, I couldn't believe how clean the carpet turned out! They got out stains I'd been scrubbing and trying different products on for months. I was concerned that it had to be replaced. I highly recommend using for your carpet cleaning needs.
