I have all the stations and have the biggest package. If something goes wrong like for some reason something is not working and you call them up, they come right through it.

They need to get their act together. Their service people are really nice and helpful but they don’t seem to know what they are doing. I had a house fire, so I had to temporarily move to an apartment while the work was being done. I asked them to move my service over there, and not only did they try to give me a new phone number, they didn’t even ask if I wanted the same services or anything. I discovered it didn’t have the same services and it was just ridiculous. I had to fight them to get my other phone number. I told them that it was just temporary and I did not want to change phone numbers. I did get all my same services when I moved back into my home because I knew to ask for them at that point. They had to reset everything and back-up my e-mail just to continue with the same services, and I just thought that was dumb. They just seemed inept. When I had my cable installed here, the installation guy was trying to figure out where to put everything. He went up to my attic and stepped through and put a hole in the ceiling. He was there for hours, and they had to come back, and my equipment was not set up. They had to come 3-4 times to get it right. They just don’t give me enough for what I am paying. It is just a typical, average price. I think they are very old school, and it is really slow in responding when I click on the channel options to browse through the channels, but I don’t know if that is typical or not for cable companies. They are very helpful over the phone, and help to resolve any issues. I just think they have an internal communication issue. I have talked to them about their internal communication issues, and they always apologize. I had them many years ago, and I had the same kind of issues before too, so it has been an ongoing problem. I know that I am not the only one to complain, and I don’t know why they don’t fix it, but they don’t. The people themselves are very nice and helpful, but they don’t seem to talk to one another. They always come at the time when they say they are going to come. I am basically stuck with them because they won't let me put a dish on my condo, so it is either them or not have any service at all.

They provide a basic channels, which you can watch even you don't have cable, and then you have to pay extra for another channels. They are a rip off. Their customer service is awful and the people working with them is like they just picked them up on the bus station. I would never use them again in the future.

They have pretty solid service.

Optimum cable is a service of Cablevision.  I did not pay anything.  It is good.

.They are pretty good and I like the services we have. We will continue to use them as they aer the only service to use in our area.
