BULSON MANAGEMENT

Bulson is poorly run by a smooth talking Liar from South Africa, GB. He spewed a steady steam of duplicity and BS from the first day of the project: Delays, missed deadlines, miscalculations. No accountability; GB always blamed the other guy-- the architect, the tile guy, the electrician, his own brother! Demolition started and GB immediately pulled his top Foreman off our job. With us living in another apartment and unable to return to a raw construction site, Bulson moved their workers to other jobs, whereupon things ground to a halt-- for weeks. Countless mistakes ensued: Windows that were ordered white came in brown-- and GB wouldn't return them. Said "These are your windows." GB made us get them repainted. Which cost us weeks. They miscalculated a kitchen vent issue. They NEVER paid the hardwood floor company the money had paid Bulson (IN FULL) for our floors, using that money elsewhere. Like a shell-game. A year late, we eventually had to fire Bulson and hire another builder to complete the job. For another year after that, we were still hiring builders to fix Bulson mistakes. What a hideous experience.
