Urban had a professional demeanor from start to finish. He gave us an estimate and drawing before the job. He completed the work exactly according to the drawing and came in exactly at the estimated price. He was creative about overcoming small snags and the quality of his woodwork is outstanding.

The entire project took much longer than he had promised originally. When I expressed concern, he became enraged and threatened to walk off the job completely. The subcontractors were not supervised and the result was many thousands of dollars worth of damage to irreplaceable antiques. He has refused any responsibility.
About a year later, everything that he has worked on has fallen apart. Cabinet doors fell off. Mirrors fell off of the cabinets. Some molding came undone, and that is from normal use.
