Interior Design and Decorating
Ms. Bruker did not complete the renovation as contracted, fought with the trades she recommended for hire, and when she was fired, the place was in a shambles. She then sued for monies well beyond the contract for which she had been overpaid. While I successfully defended myself in court, I would not wish this experience on my enemies. Do youself a favor and check New York City and State court records. You'll see Ms. Bruker has a habit of getting into legal disputes, often over small amounts, and representing herself. I joked with friends that she's a better lawyer than a decorator and in my experience that's accurate.
