+ -1 moreTHE EXPERIENCE WAS FRUSTRATING. THEY WERE FAIRLY COMPETENT OF WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY WERE NEAT AND CLEANED UP THE LITTLE MESS THEY MADE. THEY WERE UNRESPONSIVE UNTIL I THREATENED TO CALL THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU ON THEM TO FIX THEIR MISTAKE.
Description of Work: THEY RESTRETCHED OUR BUCKLING CARPET ON ONE SIDE IN OUR LIVING ROOM.
