The quote was $10479. They came over, suggested designs and I liked them pretty much but right now it's very hard to get a Qand A response form them. They take a week or 2 to respond and now I'm actually considering going with someone else. So it looks like I'm not going to get to hire them because they won't respond to me. But they were nice guys and I'm sure they would do good work and maybe they have some other stuff going on.

He was prompt, responsive and considerate in his e-mails to set up the appointment and he quickly diagnosed the best strategy to complete the installation. The work proceeded smoothly and efficiently.

The representative from Bright Home Theater And Audio Inc.who ended up the doing the installation and who I was in contact with most came to the house and gave me an estimate of what it would cost and what it would entail, as opposed to others who did it over the phone and said that the cost could be adjusted when they came and did the work and I did not like that idea. He did quite a bit of work. The price was very fair and they were very responsive, they would always get in touch with my by email and phone.

I would highly recommend working with them. The system performance is terrific and is overall easy to use. Everything that they did is matched to the sorrounding walls and/or completely hidden away. The end result was tremendous. The level of carpentry and wiring work that was done was significantly better than other contractors that I brought in to do other work. When the system is not on you would think that I don't own a TV, much less a full home theater system! The crew was great to work with. The entire team treats you with honesty and is straight forward with what is best for your needs. Also, when I had an issue with the remote later they came over and fixed it with no complaints. The only negative that I would have is reponsiveness to requests for bids and getting the process started. I had to follow up regularly. I think it is because they are so busy.

I've used them a few times. The price was adequate. I loved them. They were very responsible, professional and knowledgeable. They had a really great crew.

The technician was on time for the appointment as well as very curtious and most helpful. This company took on a very small job, like they promised they would. The end result was excellent. The technician arranged a beautifully organized set of wires-very clean and nice looking for an exposed wire situation behind a TV. Bright Home Theater promises and definitly delivers on any job, no matter how big or small. Many, many thanks!!!!

An excellent experience. After an initial e-mail exchange, a consultant visited my apt. to evaluate my current system. We discussed options and costs. A few days later I received a written proposal for parts and labor within by budget. I paid in advance for the equipment and scheduled installation, which was completed the following week. After installation I had some questions regarding both the remote and Sonos wireless media system. I got immediate feed back and instructions from Bright, and never had to deal with a manufacturer's 800 number.

Bright Home Theater came out to my home and they installed the systems on christmas day for me because I was going to be having a party. They were really good to work with.

Started off great, then slowly turned into a disaster. When I would not buy a $3000 stereo receiver, he started to lose interest. He did offer up a solution. I contacted him (three times) to say I was interested in installing and he never followed up. I have an email trail to prove it.

I emailed via the web site a few weeks ago and got a call that same day. I described my issues, and an appointment was set up for two weeks out. David called the day before to put me in touch with Josh Emory, who was to perform the work. Josh arrived at my apartment on time, was extremely professional, and sorted out the problem completely. All in all, I am thrilled with the service.

It went very well overall and I am quite satisfied. The HDTV was a CNET best pick and less expensive that others I considered. The picture quality is stunning (Planet Earth looks amazing.) The surround sound is great and my two channel stereo system is complete with Totem Forest Speakers. The projector allows me to watch movies with my friends. Kerry made sure everything was done correctly. There was an issue with the initial placement of the system, but Mr. Bright (who oversees all installs or does them himself) made sure everything was done to the highest standards without exception. He has also made himself available to me on the phone for post-install technical questions and challenges. He as also stopped by to tweak the system and there has never been a question of extra charges. He takes pride in his work. He carries an amazing line of products.
