Quality of the service and responsivenes of the firm was way above expectations. The fee was very competitive and the architect very knowledgble and experienced.
In addition, due to additional requests from the NY Condiminium department further drawings had to be undertaken and were completed promptly and within the original scope.
Overall service was exceptional.
