I had to get a leaking tub faucet fixed on a Friday afternoon before I had to leave to visit my convalescing wife. Needless to say, I couldn't afford to be messed about by people not turning up, or turning up and charging a fortune. Boris Mechanical called me with updates to say exactly when the plumber would arrive, quoted me a very good price and didn't force me to give my credit card details over the phone. Instead, a very experienced plumber turned up within a few hours, told me what was wrong, helped me out with our unhelpful super, fixed the problem, and charged me exactly what the man on the phone said it would cost - only 125 dollars. I was very, very happy with the the service, and my wife and i got to have an untroubled weekend together - so thank you!
