Bob's Discount Furniture

The bed is nice, but the customer service was horrible. They neglected to tell me I needed a box spring. I called customer service and they said it did not need a box spring. Then a technician come out and he said it did need a box spring. I called customer service again and they said it did not need a box spring that my mattress was too big. I had to go back into the store because they wanted us to switch out the mattress for a thinner one. We spoke to the manager and he said I did not need a box spring. He had to go to the floor model and see that it did need a box spring. The sales people did not know there product very well and the back and forth was frustrating. We purchased a box spring and they would not even comp me anything for all of the frustration and the fact that I could not even use it for 2 weeks. They only wanted to give us free delivery when it should have been free if they had sold it to us when we bought the bed it would have been delivered with the bed. They finally gave in and comped me $50.

Someone recommend them and they were so much cheaper than the department stores. The furniture looks so very nice and I am happy with it.  The sales and delivery people were nice.
