- Blueground representatives entered the apartment without my permission nor a notification, a direct violation of privacy - even Blueground after hour reps were horrified at that - the Director that I dealt with (Katherine) tried to tell me that it was what I asked for, which was incorrect and a pathetic attempt to cover her tracks. I escalated this multiple times and it was brushed under the rug. - Blueground representatives often showed up without notice and would get angry when I wouldn't be able to let them in - I was often interrupted in the middle of conducting a presentation or interview - The linens provided upon move-in were not laundered. I had to remove the tags myself. I would have thought that clean linens would have been the staple of any short-term apartment rental - The apartment was not cleaned -previous tenants garments were found in the apartment. I raised this to Blueground and they were not quick to respond; when someone did come, that person didn't even wipe down the kitchen counter and only swept half the apartment. This was a far cry from what Blueground touted on their website that they had enhanced cleaning for COVID, which is a false statement. Two weeks later a full cleaning crew finally came. There were mishaps with the cleaning crew such as accusations that I turned them away when they showed up at times I was told they wouldn't. Even when they didn't leave towels, I had to ask for replacements and Sonia wold me I was mistaken that towels were left. It was very easy to prove Sonia wrong - hopefully she's no longer in charge of cleaning at Blueground - The photos are not an accurate depiction of the apartment and fall under the bucket of false advertising - Furniture and accessories (lamps) in apartment was broken - Blueground claims on their website that "We back each apartment with dedicated, on—the—ground support so you always have peace of mind knowing we’re here for you." This is not a service that has been granted to me. - The two people that attempted (with the lowest level of effort) to help resolve the matter - Katherine & Dimitris - were highly incompetent and would often twist my words. Katherine was extremely unpleasant to speak with and should not be working in a customer service.
