BLOOMINGDALES CLEANERS

The cleaning was good. The office staff needs some work. Asked for a deposit after Bloomingdales said it was not necessary.

Workers were prompt and efficient.  Have used their services several times before and am very satisfied customer.

My rug had a large red wine stain that was over a year old. I never bothered having it cleaned before because I thought it was hopeless. Bloomingdales gave me an accurate quote over the phone, and scheduled me for the following day. The cleaners came to my home (I had the option of sending it out as well). They arrived exactly on time, and completed the cleaning and paperwork within 45 minutes. They performed the impossible of removing the stain, and scotch-guarded the rug to prevent future stains. The cleaners were very professional. I would definitely use this service again.

Bloomingdales Cleaners were marvelous. They were on time. They knew what they were doing. They got it done quickly and neatly and cleaned up after themselves. They were excellent.

They brought the rugs back in great condition and they made sure to wrap them up so that they didn't get dirty on the way back to me and I really liked that. The price is reasonable and they did a good job. The did what I wanted right away and I liked them.

I WOULD DEFINITELY CALL THEM BEFORE I WOULD CALL ANYONE ELSE. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB CLEANING THE TWO CHAIRS AND SEEMED TO BE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL ABOUT THEIR BUSINESS.
