Best Window Cleaning is a locally owned and managed company providing professional window cleaning in the greater New York City area since February 2001. Our services are designed to meet the needs of everyone at reasonable prices. Over the past seven years we have successfully serviced over 1,800 customers including offices, schools, condominiums, medical facilities, and residential homes. We are committed to pay attention to detail and quality even if it requires a little more time. We go the extra mile to gain the confidence and trust of our customers. We want you to be at ease, knowing we are here whenever you need us. Being an International Window Cleaning Association member helps us to improve our company professionalism, safety and training. By regularly attending safety seminars and conventions, we gain first-hand knowledge in proper safety procedures so we can avoid accidents that may occur from lack of training. Our employees are customer friendly, fully trained and wear company uniforms. We protect your floors, carpet and furniture with towels, drop cloths and padded ladders. In addition, our employees wear shoe covers at all times so your floors remain clean. Our Founder Promise To Customers I established B.E.S.T Window Cleaning on the premise of excellent customer service. Specifically, I set out to offer each customer a level of service not typically experienced in the window cleaning industry. Our goal is to exceed your expectations in service, quality and value to deliver that WOW that you never got from a window cleaning company. "I am so sorry about your experience. This is not what our company stands for, what our mission statement promises, and what our norm is — standout, quality customer service offered to EVERY one served. Ask around for the proof. Reading your review brought me great personal concern. The reputation I have built with genuine care for over eleven years of our company means pleasing you the client is above all else. It’s why I started this company: to make people happy. While I respect your opinion and subsequent decision, the fact of the matter is that when being in business for such a long time there is, unfortunately, the inevitable mistake. Another very important point to make, with all due respect, is that in keeping with policy our secretary informs clients of the one hour time frame regarding our arrival for any service. You mentioned the charge of “at least $200 more” when it had to and was stated and agreed upon over the phone before the service had begun. We NEVER change our prices arbitrarily after starting work under any circumstances. On top of that, an estimate is true to its name and subject to change as it is out of the ordinary to bring the equipment until the job is to be done. For this reason only when work was to commence could it have been known that the complexity of those windows required extra time, special tools, and different equipment. And again please excuse my being contrary but when staff arrives at your door ready and willing (not a chance that we "couldn't do it") to clean your windows having completed two of your neighbors’ windows to flying color reviews, and your decision is to cancel the appointment…this is a different thing altogether. And it is always your right as a client. After reviewing and reviewing your comments, all issues are being promptly corrected, and I thank you for the opportunity for improvement. As a token of my appreciation for your understanding, I will gladly serve you again in exchange for your continued patronage and, most importantly, total satisfaction. If our two year (including this year) best service award here on Angie’s List and all those happy people don’t convince you, then we will.
