BBB was professional and helpful. The Vikane treatment is very effective when belongings are packed properly. That was the hardest part, because you can't use plastic/bubble wrap. We had to be creative with packing. We did bag our edible items and medications, and wiped them down with rubbing alcohol when we unpacked as a precaution.
Overall I would recommend this, except that it was pricey. It was definitely worth it for us to have peace of mind.
