I called on a Thursday, Janet came on Friday morning to access the job and her crew started Saturday at 9AM. Thank you Janet and your whole wonderful crew, Amanda, Derek & Trevor for the remarkable job they did prepping my mother's apt. They were sensitive, understanding and infinitely patient with my 83 year old mother and made her comfortable with the whole process and they were still able to get the whole job done in a short 10 hours. After the exterminators were done, Anthony came today and cleaned up all the residue in just 3 hours. I really can't thank you enough. I'd still be trying to convince her to throw out the 30 year old mop!
