We contacted this company when our 2 websites went down over a year ago. They were very prompt in their response and helped us a lot during that time. Their professionalism during that time was enough for me to entrust them with the relaunch or our websites. We are very satisfied not only with the end products, but the excellent follow up in changes and corrections that come up with time and usage of the websites. With other website designers we've had problem with returning phone call let alone fixing the actual problem. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Amazing! They were so professional, and helpful with the whole process. I had worked with other web developers before, but wanted a squarespace professional, as most developers are NOT. It has been a very positive experience working with this team. They obviously know the development/design side but they also made insightful recommendations about running a successful online business. For example, they suggested I start a blog and facebook page, which is something I had never considered. The communication has been excellent. We have had regular telephone and email conversations which have been braining storming sessions at which various options and ideas were discussed. This has been a new and at times overwhelming project. Fortunately, I had Square Space to take my idea from concept to implementation.

The process was very simple and I was impressed with the great level of communication. They created the site on a real time web address that allowed me to see the design come to life in various stages. This really cut down on the build time that I have experienced with previous providers. We had the site completed in 5 days which was great!
There weren't any surprises in terms of additional charges like other companies I have dealt with and they delivered everything they promised. Jayson provided me with some management options for the future that we are definitely considering as the business grows, but also like the fact that the current website allows us to completely self-manage moving forward keeping recurring costs in check.
So to sum of the experience-Be the Square delivered what they promised, on budget, and on time-in my books that is exactly what we were looking for!
