THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND DID A GOOD JOB OF GETTING RID OF MOST OF THE BUGS. THEY WEREN'T THE MOST PUNCTUAL, BUT THEY DID CALL TO LET ME KNOW THEY WOULD BE LATE. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY TO BE AROUND.
