Balloon Kings was willing to work with us from afar. We could not see the balloons, so they described the balloons in as much detail as they could, including size, color, arrangement, etc.
We finally decided to let them choose one they thought would be most appropriate given our parameters, and they chose a lovely bright balloon arrangement that met all of the requirements of the hospital?s rules, and there were some.
The balloons were to be delivered the next day, but later in the evening, we got a call from Balloon Kings who felt they had found some more appropriate balloons that we might like and asked if we?d like to substitue these for the ones we?d originally planned to send.
the new suggestions were wonderful and particularly applicable to our particular situation. We were delighted.
The balloons were delivered the next day, as arranged and we received an call from the children when they arrived with a photo taken with their cell phone showing us how lovely the balloon bouquet was and how much they were enjoying it.
Thanks to Balloon Kings we were able to manage a gift many miles away from our home.
