He returned my calls promptly, gave me an estimate and did the work promptly, and the work was fine. When I found another broken screen and needed quick replacement because I was selling the house, he did the work right away.
I was quite satisfied with the work and plan to use him again in my new apartment. My only quibble is that the broken window glass was cleaned up, but not quite as well as I'd have liked.

It went well. Tony was obliging, the work was very good, and he was prompt. I thought the prices were very reasonable. I'd have liked a bit more cleanup, but it wasn't bad.

He took measurements and was very accurate. He was very reasonable and punctual. He did a wonderful job. He kept in contact with me if he was going to be late.

I am still missing 2 screens that I ordered. On 2 of the screens, the clips have already broken. The first appointment the service provider didn't show up and said a friend passed away. The second appointment the service provider said he had an emergency trip to Europe and would be back in 1 week. About 2 weeks after he told me about his trip to Europe, I tried to call him again and made an appointment that he didn't show up for. When I made another appointment, I said I was going to call the supervisor of our apartment building so he ended up showing up with half of the screens and said he was having a very rough day. He was supposed to show up last Thursday as well even confirming it with his wife and he never showed up. I called him and left a message when he didn't show up and he called back saying he's had a lot of emergency appointments that day. His wife has also told me that I am being unreasonable and she has confirmed all facts.

I brought an oil painting to be framed. The first time, they made the frame too large and it covered up the border of the painting. They did agree to redo it but it took a long time. I was happy with the final product but then realized that they had lost the paper that came with the painting that explained its story. (This was a piece of Australian aboriginal art.) They did not respond to my phone calls asking about the paper.

Overall they were great, and Tony was very pleasant to work with. I've already recommended them to neighbors who have hired them to do similar work. I would definitely use them again.

I had a great deal of difficulty finding someone to undertake this job. Two other companies came and measured and never got back to me. BH is family owned. Tony, the owner, came to measure himself and guaranteed me the job delivered in 2-3 weeks. He is extremely pleasant and was true to his word. The job was installed and seems perfect. I also needed window coverings but was holding out to see how he did with the screen project. Now that it's completed, I ordered the window coverings from him today. Was very pleased and found their price to be less than the two quotes I had previously gotten. Heartily recommend this company.

Nancy, who took my first phone call could not have been more helpful. The man who finally put in the windows took two phone call and two weeks to get him to come so the delivery/service was a little slow.
