Once again I decided for a purchase at Azeera since and it was a good choice. I bought cuffliks that turned out great and matched the bands. This is very hard to find, to customization was the right choice.

I am very pleased with my purchase at Azeera, I bought wedding bands just recently. The shipping was very fast and I was pleasantly surprised with the rings quality! The gemstone sparkle is amazing! Since everything went quite well, I recommend Azeera to all of you seeking for customized rings.

Very well! Since my engagement ring is quite unusual, I needed a jeweler that can fully customize my bands so they match the ring. At Azeera's site I managed to do it very fast, by myself! Cuddos for the prices, they are actually very affordable, even though the gems are very high quality.

Jewelers while on vacation with my better half looking for an engagement ring.  As soon as we walked through the door we  were happily greeted by the salesman.  This man is truly a master of his craft.  Well educated, thorough, professional, and extremely attentive seller who seemed to know exactly what I wanted in a ring.  It was obvious this man has extensive training in gemology because he knew everything from cuts to facets, carat counts and the origins of various gemstones.  He was even able to give me an appraisal on my grandmother's ring I was wearing...I was highly impressed with his knowledge base!
Once I found the stone of my dreams, he showed he several settings and set my mind as ease by assuring me that the resizing and polishing was free for life.  The salesman was so customer driven that he never rushed or pressured us to buy anything and was very accommodating in taking care of us.  During our purchase I felt secure in knowing that I was getting the highest quality gemstone for a fantastic price.  Now, I have a gorgeous ring (that fits perfectly) and I know tons more about gems due to the amount of knowledge I obtained during my visit to Azeera.  Absolutely wonderful staff and I will most definitely be returning for all of my jewelry needs!

The customer service at Azeera's Jewelers was great. The staff was very attentive to me when I came in and answered all of the questions that I had about jewelry. They helped me to learn more about gemstones and I got a better idea of what I wanted. I found the perfect ring for me and was so impressed by how beautiful it looked. Azeera's Jewelers promised me a free ring resize and free polishing for life! I was thrilled to get that included with my purchase. The prices were quite impressive and I found a lot of tings that were in my budget. I had looked around at a few other stores and never found anything in my budget that looked nice. This store has very knowledgeable gemologists. They educated me and took the time to help me find exactly what I wanted. Great customer service and staff! I will be coming back to this store soon. There are a few more things that I must have and the prices are way too great to not come back.

I visited Azeera Jewelers in my last visit NY. I had them to resize a ring for me and I bought a ring from them. I can?t say enough great things about this jewelers. Best customer service ever, great people to deal with.  At first I was a bit worry if the price would
be too high that not in my budget, but no. They actually charged $40 for resizing a ring for me. I looked at rings and chitchat with their staff while waiting.  I must say they are all very knowledgeable gemologists. I learned a lot from them. They even promised a free ring resize polished for life. Overall, I think Azeera jewelers is fantastic, great customer service and professional work. I will buy from them again for sure.

My boyfriend and I love thrift shops. We found a beautiful ring for under 20 dollars. As we admired our little treasure I noticed that this was more then a cubic stone. 
Azeera inspected the ring, and confirmed that it was a real diamond in an 18K setting. They cleaned the ring and it shown very bright in the sun as we wandered New York for our vacation. We are keeping the ring as a memory from one of the best vactions ever!

A few months ago, I purchased a quality engagement ring from the jewelry store while I was on a business trip in New York. The staff was very helpful and custom-tailored the ring to prepare for the big moment. I held onto the ring that I purchased for a few weeks in case if my engagement plans going awry.

The manager was very understanding and his experience was showing as he glanced into the diamond facets with ease. I was satisfied with the appraisal and made sure I did not lose my investment. My first trip to this shop was about a year ago. I went in on a recommendation from a friend and had no idea what to expect; boy, did they blow me away. I was warmly greeted by the staff and I could immediately tell customer service was important to them. The offer of sizing and polishing held true just recently when I had to take it for resizing (my wife had gained a little weight since the wedding). The staff was just as eager to help as the first time I was a customer. I walked in, told them what I needed and they had it done quickly and left a beautiful shine. The staff knew so much about how to help me and were so willing that I will be a customer for life. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality jewelers around NY.

I?m a stickler when it comes to customer service and the service that I receive and we were both very happy with my customer service experience. The employee?s at the store know their stuff. They gave me a quick run down on my gemstone, and even promised me free ring resize and polish for life. The service was quick and it didn?t break my bank. My stone replacement was fast and affordable. If I?m ever in need of a jewelry repair or a new purchase, I don?t care that I?d have to ship it off Azeera is where I?ll send it. Great experience and highly recommended.  

I went here to purchase some jewelry while I was visiting family (I had heard really good things about them) and I was more than pleasantly surprised by my experience here. The customer service was wonderful (far above what I expected), and they helped to answer every question I had. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the gemstones they were selling, and I even learned of proper ways to care for them. The prices are excellent for what they sell, and I will certainly return here for more jewelry in the future. I was even promised free ring resizes and polish for life!
