Do ....Avon be real and do honest business Dont be terrible service and make people lost money if Avon promise to help people to have a business and earn money be honest now we have a attorney from them and AVON keep treat us
Description of Work: Avon offer a self business with a variety of opportunities wow sounds good and for few months all was candy and great checks problem is when return items a mistake is always done, customer services is terrible and out the way and district managers complete push people to do better jobAvon i tried my best on sales last months [may to July 2012} lost interest and stop but my down line make $17,000 per campaign..of course my district manager was happy and came more of 2 times to our home, i been calling Avon for more of 3 months for few items get lost in the USPS and even we provide the proper # of delivery confirmation still is 3 months of {2 business days}Avon customer service explain us last week of June attorney's going to come to our home/call and we cancel few doctor appt. nobody came or call i be at phone 5 hours few times up 7 hours and nothing get fix in all and for finally these is a copy of the email district manager send to meNina.Anthony@avon.comJul 20 (3 days ago)to me, Susan.A.JensenMaria, I did receive your voice mail messages this week. However, I have been in meetings and was unavailable to accept your calls. At this point your account has been removed from active status due to being more that four campaigns past due, which is the standard procedure for all accounts. According to our records your current balance is $264.78. Based on the information you provided and that received from Avon Customer Care, that appears to be what you owe to Avon. In our prior conversations, you stated that you owed Avon nothing. I was confused about your last message stating that Avon owes you $3,000. That was the first time you had mentioned that amount. The only way that I can help you, is if you provide in writing all documentation of everything that you say that you sent to Avon and all of your corresponding shipping receipts. Everything that you have provided to me so far, Avon has verified and has confirmed that credit was applied. To reinstate your account to active status your current balance of $264.78 must be paid. I am prepared to help you. However, you must provide all documentation in writing. Please also understand, that based on the agreement that you signed, Avon has the right to terminate their relationship at any time. You also have that same right. If your account is reinstated, they will remove it immediately if you again demonstrate any unprofessional behavior, such as that detailed in the complaints of representatives with Avon Customer Care.
