I made an appointment a week in advance. The day of the appointment I received a call 20 minutes after the appointment time saying that they had some type of "malfunction" in their show room and the technician decided it was more important to stay there and fix the problem than come to my house. The head of the company told me that I was "not at the top of their list" as far as priorities. I canceled. Poor service, unprofessional, you name it.
