Project started 2 months late. Was told they they were too busy. Their project "designer" got married and basically left the project leaving no one in charge who knew what had been decided upon. Many wrong elements ordered and then returned causing further delays. Floor broken up and removed and new plumbing installed and floor repoured ending up a good inch and a half above the old floor and sitting above the rest of the floors in the apartment looking very cheap indeed. Electric fixture (provided by us) incorrectly hung and is pulling out of the ceiling as I write this. Cheap track used by them in heavy pull out cabinets. When I objected I was told they couldn't find any good ones even though I had shown them the excellent tracks used in our kitchen pull outs. The company contractor (Bill Cook) constantly irritated by our questions and condescending in his manner. When they finished, the hot water which used to come on instantly now took at least two minutes to become hot. When I asked why, they said they had no idea. We lived with it. A few weeks ago, my wife is taking a small glass bottle out of the medicine cabinet ( no more than 4 1/2 inches high) it falls about a foot into the sink. The sink cracks and a 4 inch hole opens up in it. I call Atmosphere. They say it's not their problem and we have to understand all these sinks have structural defects. They'll order us a new sink at their usual 20% discount. Like a schmuck I say order it. We only have one bathroom and we need a sink. It costs a thousand dollars. A 200 pound sink is delivered to the lobby of our apartment building. I call Atmosphere and ask if they were planning to install it. Bill Cook gets on the phone and says of course they'll install it and it will cost 1500 dollars.. I hung up and called a plumber. The perfect end to my relationship with Atmosphere Kitchen and Bath

Only two issues, neither one a surprise. The job took longer to finish than Atmosphere first estimated, and it cost more. But, in view of how well the bathroom turned out, and the high quality of the work, we are very, very pleased.
