They are pretty straight forward. They rent out pianos. They are not cheap. They keep dodging us but they are not cheap. They do what they say they are going to do. They send a tuner around who tune the piano alright. We are overall pretty happy with them. $100 a month is a little bit steep. We will use their service in the future.
