Initially, it went rather smoothly. Brian came on 7/11/13 and was very pleasant and professional. He assessed the work performed by the prior contractor and explained what the problem areas were and what the corrective action would be to "fix it right" and not have a patch job. We were very impressed with his candor and honesty. We received the quote on 7/22/13 and while it seemed rather pricey. we believed that is the price to pay to get the job completed correctly. We agreed to his quote on 8/21/13. Brian responded 5 days later happy that we accepted and said that his company was backed up and that he wouldn't be able to schedule us in for a few weeks. After countless attempts to reach Brian through September, he finally responded and said that he had a tremendously busy work load and wouldn't be able to start until November and was confident the job would be completed by the holidays. That was the last time we heard from him. All through October and November, we have been trying to reach out to him, but to no avail. We find it highly unprofessional to not respond to a potential customer who had already agreed to the terms and was ready to go. We understand that there are delays, but just let us know what the situation is and we'll work with you. It's very unfortunate as we did like Brian and was willing to work with him and his company despite the rather pricey quote.
