It was really pricey. I think the inspection was great and the person who came out was certified. I have an annual contract with them so they come around the 7th or 8th of the month. They leave something in my mailbox letting me know if they found termites, if they set more traps and that stuff. They left bait stations and then they come to check the bait stations to see if there's termite activity, it they're eating the bait. They'll call me if they put in a new one. For the first few months, nothing was happening and then about 4 months in, there's a new termite activity detected. I was glad because my house is surrounded by trees and they say that my area has a known termite problem. So I'm glad that I ended up doing renovations on my house and termite repair. Even things that I hadn't known like when we took off a board and then we find out that the termite vanished underneath so we had to do more structural work than we had anticipated. The consultant who came out initially was very knowledgeable. He gave me his number to call because I thought maybe I'll have carpenter ants later and he said, "No, you don't have carpenter ants. If you don;'t see this, you don;t have carpenter ants." So he didn't make me get additional services for something that I did not need. I'm very pleased with the service. The price is not something that you can pay overtime, it's something that you have to pay upfront. Because of the amount, they really should have a better payment plan system. They've been really responsive. When I found out that I had additional termite damage, I called and they came immediately to see if there was new damage or if it was old damage.
