If you go with Capital, I think you are using a place that is probably great about knowing the market. I know we thought Manny Horrowitz was that way. I think he is who you want to go with if you want someone who is up on the market and knows the ins and outs. He was a pleasure to work with and we had no problems with him at all to be quite frank.
