They missed 2 appointments where we were told the repairman was 'parking' and will be there soon (never showed up). once the refrigerator was fixed by replacing all of the freon ($400!) 2 weeks later the same issue arose. when the repairman came back (they also missed another appointment, and took almost a week) we were told there was nothing they could do, and no refund for the $400 of lost freon.
during this approximately 4 week interaction, the company stopped answering the phone from our land-line, when the repairman would not show up, and would stop answering calls from our cell once they figured out that number. so unprofessional, unreliable, and ultimetly like throughing money and time down the drain using these guys.

The dryer still did not work.  I called always getting voice mail and leaving a message and emailed several times.  After a few days, they sent me an email saying "sorry, our communications have been down, we will be there Monday."  Monday came and went without anyone coming.  Again, I called and emailed.  Finally, I called the South Orange Repair again a few times, leaving my information and being told they would get in touch with J and S get a technician back out.  This never happened and I finally gave up.  I believe I was either scammed or this was the worst service I have ever seen.  I called another repair company who came out and actually fixed my dryer, diagnosing a totally different problem.  They told me that it looked like no parts had been replaced.
