APPLE WINDOW CLEANING INC

I've used Apple Window Cleaning for many years and also have recommended them to my neighbors. They were on time, in fact a bit early, today and did an excellent, quick job. They used drop cloths if necessary and cleaned up after themselves. Windows look so good! Thanks for a great job! Highly recommend using Apple. One fix the company needs to make is to their website - they have coupons but when I called up about using one I was told that they are not valid during April and May. It does not say that on the coupons. That is the only reason I gave them a B rating for price. Otherwise prices seem OK.

Two men came to clean the windows.  I had an 8 AM appointment and they came right on time and did an excellent job!   I have used Apple Window Cleaning every year to clean the windows and they have always been very professional.  One of the men had been here last year - I always think it is a good sign when a company retains their employees from year to year.  The clean windows look fantastic!

The windows were cleaned perfectly - they were spotless after the cleaning. Two cleaners arrived on time. One of the windows our fire escape had been tagged with spray paint and the workers scraped the paint off carefully. The quality of the work was good.
My only criticism of the work was that the two workers spent a good deal of time chatting and not working, so that the work wasn't performed as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Initial call was very professional and efficient, I was very impressed with the precise scheduling and the clarity with which a quote was given. Unfortunately, the precision in scheduling was unwarranted. They said they would be at my place between 12 and 1 pm, but at 1 pm they were not yet here, and could not tell me when they would arrive. Finally, they estimated 2 pm, but didn't show up until 3 pm, and then left immediately before I could open the door, leaving an invoice at the door for work they had not done. I called them back but they couldn't come back and quot;because they were alreadyand quot; 10 blocks away (!). Clearly, they overscheduled the morning, were running late, and were happy to have an excuse to skip me. Now, I understand scheduling is hard; I would not have minded waiting if 1) they had been realistic in the initial call, or 2) they had called me when running late.

They have been doing windows for almost 10 years. They always do an excellent job.

They did a good job. They are always very professional, and I liked them.

They were on time, neat and independent. They cleaned up after themselves. They were very polite and reasonably priced.

The first call I made was to Franks Window Cleaning Company, which as the first name on your list and is located 3.57 miles from my home. They assured me hat they only work on the upper eastside and gave me Apples name. When I told them I got their name from Angie's List, they said they never heard of you!

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR SEVERAL YEARS. I THINK THEY DO AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY CREW IS ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARRANGE IT SO I DO NOT HAVE TO CALL THEM TO CLEAN MY WINDOWS, THEY JUST SHOW UP. IT IS CONVENIENT.

IT WAS GOOD. THIS COMPANY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND DID THE WORK THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. THEY EVEN CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES REALLY WELL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS GOOD. THEY WERE REALLY FRIENDLY AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES REALLY WELL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY TWO OTHER TIMES, AS THIS IS THE COMPANY THAT MOST OF THE PEOPLE IN OUR BUILDING USE. EACH TIME THE PRICE GOT HIGHER AND THE QUALITY OF WORK GOT WORSE. THEY ARE NOW OVERPRICED AND DON'T DO A GOOD JOB.

THIS COMPANY WAS PROMPT AND DID QUALITY WORK. THE WORKERS WERE VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY. I WAS HAPPY WITH THE WAY MY WINDOWS LOOKED WHEN THEY WERE DONE.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY. THEY WERE VERY POLITE, AND I LOVED THEM. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB FOR A RELATIVELY GOOD PRICE.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS REALLY GOOD. THEY WERE RELIABLE AND PUNCTUAL. THEY DID AN AMAZING JOB ON THE WINDOWS AND I THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE WAS REALLY REASONABLE.

I HAVE USED THEM FOR 12 YEARS AND THEY HAVE DONE A GOOD JOB FOR ME. I THINK THAT 12 YEARS IS A GOOD RECOMMENDATION FOR THEM. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM.

THEY DID WHAT I EXPECTED THEM TO DO. THE COMPANY IS A VERY SATISFYING COMPANY TO WORK WITH. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO PEOPLE WHO WOULD LIKE TO GET THEIR WINDOWS CLEANED RIGHT.
