Went very well. Sales person was great!!

They did a very good job. They were able to have my computer repaired the same day I took it in. I purchased the computer with my American Express card and apparently when you purchase something with a warranty they will pay for it. I paid for the repair and American Express reimbursed me.

Apple's great to deal with. They know what they are selling you and they do what they promise to do. The people they hire are very cordial and polite. We have found them to be very knowledgeable about their area of expertise.

The apple sales team is very good. They have a good genius bar and the prices are fair. I like the fact they are highly supportive of their customers as well. The employees are very helpful and I would use them all over again if I were purchasing a new computer. You could call me extremely satisfied.

Apple is a store that has selling computers down to a science. They are awesome and I am totally pleased. Now, you can even get on a waiting list from home for computer repairs which is very convenient. You type in your name if you want an appointment a half hour from now, you go there and they are waiting for you. I think its pretty cool. They tech support and genius bar systems are really good.

It was difficult to reproduce the problem, but the guy at genius bar was tenacious, and he got it. Figured it was motherboard and took it in. A week later, I went to pick it up and they said theyd done no work, nothing was wrong. Grrrrr! I left it again, and they took 1 1/2 more weeks to come to the same conclusion the first guy did. I understand there are testing protocols, but I was quite surprised and disappointed first that they gave up after a week and just said there was nothing wrong, and second, that even after my inconvenience, it took another week and 1/2, why didnt they just replace the unit? Very un-Apple-like. That said, everyone was polite and the manager was apologetic. Ill go back again if I have to, but Ill go directly to a manager and hope for better service.

WHEN I GOT MY COMPUTER BACK, IT RAN LIKE A DREAM. IT DID NOT COST VERY MUCH TO HAVE THEM FIX IT AND I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH WHAT THEY DID FOR ME. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM MANY TIMES.

I LIKE THIS COMPANY, BECAUSE THEY HAVE A TOLL FREE 'HELP LINE' NUMBER. I ALSO LIKE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. THEY ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY WITH THE REPAIRS THAT THEY PERFORM.

I REALLY LEARNED A LOT FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY MADE SURE THAT WE KNEW HOW TO USE OUR NEW COMPUTER AND THAT WE WERE FAMILIAR WITH EVERYTHING. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE.

IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. THE ONLY THING I DID NOT LIKE IS THAT IT TOOK A LONG TIME TO GET MY COMPUTER BACK. I WOULD STILL RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY DID DO A VERY GOOD JOB FIXING EVERYTHING FOR ME.

IT WAS EXCELLENT BECAUSE WHEN THEY HANDLED THE SITUATION WE WERE ON A TIME FRAME. WE HAD IT BACK IN THE TIME FRAME, AND IT WAS FIXED EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE GIVEN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME.
