I use them to get high speed internet. The experience has been okay so far. The prices they charge are okay. Their quality of service and responsiveness is good. They need to be more responsive. They are professional and punctual. I will continue using their services until I have the time to shop for better deals.

I PURCHASED MY COMPUTER OVER A YEAR AGO AND RECEIVED SIX MONTHS WORTH OF INTERNET SERVICE, FREE. I DECIDED NOT TO CONTINUE WITH THE SERVICE, BUT ENDED UP GETTING CHARGED, IT ENDED UP BEING REFUNDED. A YEAR LATER I NOTICED A CHARGE OF $1 ON MY STATEMENT FROM AOL. I CALLED AND WAS INFORMED I EXCEPTED AN OFFER OF THREE MONTHS OF SERVICE FOR A $1 A MONTH. I EXPLAINED I NEVER TALKED WITH ANYONE IN OVER A YEAR AND NEVER AGREED TO THIS SERVICE. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW OR WHY THEY WOULD HAVE CHARGED ME. IN MY EYES THIS IS FRAUD.
