Bobby seemed like the nicest, friendliest guy in the world, and did manage to get our kitchen built and ready with the stress of COVID hanging over our heads (January-March 2020). But the second he got his final payment he disappeared off the face of the earth and has not responded to any calls or emails since last March 2020. There were a few problems with the cabinets that were installed, small problem with the stove and other things we needed at least some advice about since he left without giving us any guidance on anything. Now the under-the-counter lights have stopped working (maybe 4 months now or longer) and I had to bring in an electrician who says the entire thing needs to be bought new and installed new. Call me crazy but I think that spending $42,000 with someone warrants at least the ourtesy of returning a phone call. Be very very wary of this hustler.
