The super is really good and takes really good care of the building. The owner seems to care a lot about the property. I've been living here for 3 years. Maria L Sanchez is the management executive of the property. It is clean and the apartments are nicely rehabbed. They rehab them every time somebody moves out. The people are very responsive and diligent. The pricing is going up so it is not great but compared to other properties, it is comparable. It is right across the street from Central Park. I'll continue to live here as long as I can afford it. My apartment is not that great because it is in the back of the building.
