The cost of the service depends largely on the job. So it can run either way, more or less. She lives on my floor and I've associated with her for about 10 years now and I have found her to be smart and honest. I have seen her work and she was on a TV program like "Sell my house" or something like that.

Jennifer was on time, real friendly. The contractors and all service people were very courteous and seemed to like working with such ease and confidence with her. Our home was protected and cleaned up at end of each work day. When she took us shopping for furniture, etc., it was really actually fun. I'm in web design and know it takes a lot to work with people and make their ideas come to life. It just turned out better than I hoped. I am so very pleased.

She has an amazing website full of testimonials so even though she was more expensive, I decided I would get a lot more from her. Minimum $495 first consultation fee. She arrived on time and walked around the apartment and I explained my questions and concerns. She didn't have much to say. She didn't have solutions or ideas although she did have some practical advice (ie how to knock out a wall). I had some magazines and a layout and she basically just picked the color scheme from one of the photos, plus trim colors to go with it and helped me decide which walls to paint. She ok'd the only carpet I showed her. She said the curtains and artwork will "fall into place" ("you'll know it when you find it"). There wasn't really any guidance. I wanted to learn about alternatives I might not have considered, for color, layout, types of curtains, etc. She had almost nothing to say at all. She took me to the paint store, but overall really not close to worth the money. No energy or creativity.

"I AM FLOORED BY THIS. I MET THIS CLIENT, WE HAD SUCH A NICE REPOIRE & LOVELY DAY TOGETHER. I MOVED FURNITURE AROUND WITH HER. I TOLD HER TO MOVE HER OFFICE INTO KITCHEN AREA THAT WAS NOT BEING USED. WE REDID FOYER, FIGURED OUT HOW TO HAVE DINING AREA WHEN GUESTS COME, WHAT PICTURES AND WHERE TO HANG. WE MOVED TABLE AND MIRROR INTO FOYER AND THE MIRROR HAD SPACE IN IT AND I SAID PUT PICTURE THERE. WE WENT OVER COLORS, WENT TO THE PAINT STORE TOGETHER. WE WENT OVER HER IDEAS AND HOW TO GET COLOR SCHEME TO GO WITH HER GRANDMOTHER'S FURNITURE. WE SPENT MANY HOURS TOGETHER AND HUGGED AND SHE LOOKED SO HAPPY WHEN WE LEFT AFTER THE PAINT STORE. I DON'T UNDERSTAND IF THERE WERE CONCERNS WHY I WASN'T TOLD. I'VE BEEN DOING DESIGN WORK FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND HAVE NEVER HAD A RESPONSE LIKE THIS. I THINK THE RIGHT THING WOULD HAVE BEEN FOR ME TO BE CONTACTED SO I COULD CORRECT ANYTHING THAT WASN'T SATISFACTORY. I AM VERY REASONABLE, HONEST AND HAVE INTEGRITY AND I AM ALWAYS WILLING TO FIX OR DO WHAT'S NEEDED IF THERE ARE CONCERNS WHICH TO BE HONEST HASN'T HAPPENED. MY CLIENTS LIKE ME AND ALWAYS REFER ME."

It looks absolutely beautiful! The contractor was great! He was on time, efficient, clean and had a good sense of humor.
