the $100 service call gets them into your home to tell you if they can help you with your units. After they tell you it's $250 per unit to "service" them you say OK and off they go. The next day a call about more Freon needed; $100 extra per unit. $350 per unit by taxes and tip.... $800. They were clean and on time. My units had not been serviced in 10 years so they were long overdue.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS BAD. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS LOUSY. THEIR EMPLOYEES WERE INCOMPETENT OF WHAT THEY HAD TO DO. INSTEAD OF THEM FIXING WHAT WAS WRONG, THEY MADE THE PROBLEM WORSE BY CHANGING A GOOD FAN MOTOR FOR A BAD MOTOR.
