THEY ARE VERY COURTEOUS & PROFESSIONAL. I COULDN'T TURN ON MY COMPUTER. THERE WERE ERRORS ON MY COMPUTER. THE PEOPLE WERE VERY NICE, COURTEOUS, PLEASANT, & RESPONSIVE.
